Q:How long is your delivery time?

A: The time of delivery is 4-7 days after received your payment, 

by fast express.15~35 days by sea.2~6 days by air to buyer’s nearest air port.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

A: If amount ≤ 3000 USD, 100% in advance, if amount ≥ 3000 USD, T/T 30% as 

deposit, and 70% balance before shipping. We'll show you the photos of the 

products and package.

Payment terms: T/T,  Western Union, Alipay, PayPal ... 

Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU...

Q: How to order?

A: Tell me the Items model and quantity you order. I will make the Proforma 

Invoice for you. And will arrange the items after got your payment.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q: How long is warranty for items?

A: 12-18 month

Q: How to deal with the faulty?

A: First, our products are produced in strict quality control system, but if any 

faulty, we'll send new spare parts for free in 12-18 month warranty Secondly, 

our after-sales department will periodically follow up customers.

Q: How can get the shipping cost?

A: You tell us your destination port or delivery address, we check the Sea Freight

 or Air Freight for you based on your requirement.

Q: Can we do OEM project?

A: If you have your own brand and designs already, it's fine! we can also 

produce your brand products !

Q:Will your shipping cost have an advantage over other suppliers?

A:We have specail cooperation with DHL, UPS, FedEx and other courier, so 

don't be surprised if you pay much less freight fee(about 10%~30%) 

while cooperting with us !
